Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Promoter
This giveaway is conducted by Kayla McMullan Photography ("the Promoter").

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Entrants must be able to attend photography sessions within the specified travel area.

Competition Period
The giveaway opens upon publication of the competition post on Instagram.
Entries close at 6:00pm AEST on 28 June 2026.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Follow @kaylamcmullanphotography on Instagram.
Like the competition post.
Tag a friend in the comments section of the competition post.
Each unique comment containing a tagged account counts as one entry.
Bonus entry: Share the competition post to your Instagram Story and tag @kaylamcmullanphotography. Private accounts must provide a screenshot as proof of sharing.

Prize Details
One winner will receive:
One Full Family Session at their family home (approximately 1 hour)
One Christmas Mini Session (approximately 30 minutes)
One Family Mini Session (approximately 30 minutes)
The total prize is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

Session Conditions
All sessions must take place within one hour travel of Shepparton, Victoria.
All sessions must be redeemed by 31 December 2027.
Bookings are subject to photographer availability.
Advance booking is required for all sessions.
Sessions are intended for immediate family members only and may not be used for extended family sessions.
The prize cannot be applied to existing bookings.
Session dates may be rescheduled due to weather, illness, emergencies or circumstances beyond the Promoter's control.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place within seven days of the competition closing.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.
The winner's Instagram handle may be announced on the Promoter's social media platforms.

Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their first name, family name and/or Instagram handle may be used for winner announcement purposes.

Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may affect entry into the giveaway.

Privacy
Any personal information collected for the purposes of administering this giveaway will only be used to contact the winner and facilitate delivery of the prize.

Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise that are beyond reasonable control.

Participation in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
